Refund and Returns Policy

HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE THE PRODUCT?

Customers can make a request for return through the portal itself or by contacting our customer care at +917058616898 / Email at [email protected].

Eligible products can be returned within 7 days, subject to Shopimo’s return policy.

Once you have placed a return/exchange request from the return section on the top section, our team will go through it and send approval based on our return policy.

Please allow up to 3 business days for it to be accepted. Once the request has been generated, there are two ways to return the product to us:

Pick up:
We will arrange a courier partner for return pickup from your address. You will have to pack the item/s in the original condition received and hand over the package to the courier assigned for collection.

Self-ship:
You may also courier the product to us at our registered address:

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please call us on +917058616898 or email us at [email protected] to request a cancellation. Cancellation is allowed only if the product is not shipped from our end. We usually ship within 8 hours after receiving the order.

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Shopimo and accepts Shopimo’s decision regarding the cancellation.

If the product has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order. However, you may choose to return the product once you have received it, subject to the 7-day return policy.

DELIVERY TIME

We try and deliver our products within 4 to 5 working days and will definitely help you track down your package through our partnering courier company in case of any delay.

DISCLAIMER

We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on our website as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices resolution varies, there might be 15-20% of colour variation as compared to the actual product.
