Cancellation/Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Shopimo.in. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason, you are not happy with the product you have received, you may return or exchange it following the terms and conditions mentioned below.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We will accept your return and exchange request within 7 days after the product is delivered to your doorstep.
Note: We will not accept any return/exchange request after 7 days.
Return/exchange is allowed only once per order
Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, not damaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging are eligible for return/exchange.

EXCHANGES: You may choose to exchange the purchased item for the reason of size mismatch or in case you wish to buy some other item only once per order. However, if the desired size or item is not available at that moment, the amount would be refunded.

HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE THE PRODUCT?

Customer can make request for return through the portal itself or by contacting our customer care at +917058616808 / Email at [email protected]
Once you have placed a return/exchange request from the return section on the top section, our team will go through it and send approval based on our return policy.

Please allow up to 3 business days for it to accept. Once the request has been generated, there are two ways to return the product to us:

Pick up: We will arrange a courier partner for return pick from your address. you will have to pack the item/s in the original condition received and handover to the courier assigned for collection.
Self-ship: You may also courier the product to us at our registered address. Office 13, 3rd Floor, Sai Mangal Building, SBI & ICICI Block, Nagar Road, Wagholi, Pune 412207.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please call us on +917058616808 or email to us at [email protected] to request a cancellation. Cancellation is allowed only if the product is not shipped from our end. ( We usually ship within 8 hours after receiving the order )
The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Shopimo and accepts Shopimo decision regarding the cancellation.

If the product has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order. However, you may choose to return the product once you have received it.

DELIVERY TIME: We try and deliver our products within 4 to 5 working days and will definitely help you track down your package through our partnering courier company incase of any delay.

DISCLAIMER: We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on our website as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices resolution varies, there might be 15-20% of color variation as compared to actual product.
