Shipping Policy

At Shopimo.in, we consider shipment to be an integral part of our business. Our shipment policy is designed to ensure prompt and hassle-free delivery of products to our customers. We strive to deliver products in good condition and at competitive rates. We aim to minimize transit-related risks, such as damage to goods or short shipment, and any losses on these accounts would not need to be borne by the Buyer.

We dispatch goods only after receiving payment in our Bank Account or via our designated modes for receipt of payment. Delivery times may vary according to location. Our standard delivery time is approximately 7-10 business working days. We work with Prime Shipping partner, ShipRocket, but we may also ship products directly via DHL, FedEx, Delhivery, Aramex, etc. For international shipments, we also partner with these delivery partners.

Custom Duty: For international orders, custom duty/charges may be applicable as per the country of import’s custom department. Please note that any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
