Local Delivery Policy
We are happy to offer local delivery for our customers who live within 10 km of our store in Wagholi (Kesnand Road). You can enjoy the convenience of shopping online and receiving your order within a few hours on the same day.
For local delivery, we charge a convenience fee of ₹50 per order. Minimum order should be ₹499. If you are not sure if you are eligible for local delivery, you can check your address on our website or contact us for more details.
If you have selected the ship option on the checkout page, as soon as you type your address, you will be shown the local delivery option if it comes within our 10 km radius. You can choose this option if you want to save time and get your order delivered to your doorstep.
We also offer standard shipping for customers who live outside the local delivery area or prefer to receive their order at a later date. For standard shipping, we charge a flat rate of ₹80 per order. However, if your order is more than ₹1499, you can enjoy free standard shipping all across India.
Alternatively, you can also place your order and get the benefit of the pick up option for free. This way, you don't need to wait in queue as our shop is small and usually occupied by few customers at all times. You can simply come to our store and collect your order at your convenience. We will notify you when your order is ready for pick up.
We strive to deliver your order as fast as possible and in good condition. However, we are not responsible for any delays or damages caused by the courier service or other factors beyond our control.
